Each year in January, Holy Trinity and its Knights of Columbus host a chili-cooking competition and parish ChiliFeast. The entire parish is invited to come sample the entries. Complimentary beer, wine, soft drinks and dessert are served. It's a fun event and the timing's perfect to warm us up and wake up our taste buds! Winning teams get bragging rights and their pictures posted on the website!
Do you have the best chili in the Parish? Enter Holy Trinity's annual ChiliFeast to find out! Sign up to compete and show off your chili-making skills in the Quigley Center. Afterwards, gather with fellow Holy Trinity Parishioners in a pot-luck evening of sharing chili, fellowship and fun!
Contestants may enter one, two or all three categories listed below. The cost to enter is $15 per category or $30 if entering all three categories. Prizes will be awarded in all 3 categories. Please make at least one gallon of chili per category entered. Sixteen to 20 oz of your chili needs to be submitted for judging at 4PM. The remainder will be shared with fellow parishoners when the parish event opens at 5PM. Note: If you enter the Kitchen Sink category and it is NOT a chili or stew-type entry, please provide enough samples for both judging and the parish event at 5PM based upon the above amounts. Please see Contest Information Sheet below
Bragging Rights: Ribbons will be awarded for the top three places in each category. Overall winner (most points for all categories entered) will receive the coveted Holy Trinity Chili Bowl Traveling Trophy!
Registration: Please note that registration is limited
