If you or someone you know are considering a religious or consecrated life vocation, the parish and archiocese can provide helpful information and support for you!
There are many ways to participate in a religious life, including the priesthood, deaconate, sisterhood, religious orders, brotherhood, Apostles of the Interior Life, etc.
The Archdiocese of KCK offers Project Andrew with an invitation for young men to journey with the Archdiocesan Vocations Director and area priests. This high-school aged group meets regularly for formation, converstion, prayer, brotherhood and growth in both faith and virtue. The goal is to help young men grow in relationship with Jesus Christ that prepares them to say YES to whichever vocation they are called.
Another option: The Apostles of the Interior Life, along with St. Lawrence Catholic Campus Center in Lawrence, has a discernment program open to students age 20-30 where you are given the tools to know God's will for your life and how to accept His call with peace and joy. The program is open to students or young adults ages 20-30. For more information visit their website at kucatholic.org.
