For those in Senior Living Communities

Holy Trinity has volunteer Extraordinary Ministers who regularly provide the Eucharist to homebound parishioners in their homes. 

If you or a loved one would like to receive Holy Communion at home, please reach out to our Parish Office, at 913-888-2770.

Extraordinary Ministers provide Holy Communion to those hospitalized at the following hospitals on Sunday and Monday mornings.

• AdventHealth Shawnee Mission
• AdventHealth Lenexa City Center

If you or a loved one is hospitalized at AdventHealth or any other hospital, be sure to inform your care team that you are Catholic and would like to receive Holy Communion.

Holy Trinity serves several senior living communities within our parish boundaries. Extraordinary Ministers regularly bring Holy Communion, and a Holy Trinity priest will also celebrate Mass once a month.
